Who is it for?

Non-EU doctors, dentists and pharmacists educated outside Germany who want to work in German hospitals and clinics.

Your 6-Step Pathway

From document pre-check to airport pickup in Germany — tightly coordinated so you always know the next action.

Step 1 — Pre-Check

Email scans of: passport data page, degree & transcripts, internship/house-job, medical/dental council license, and (if available) German certificate. You’ll receive an offer letter and registration form after verification.

Step 2 — Registration & Document Set

Submit the registration form and fees. Collect the full set for Zwischenbescheid: degree, transcripts with hours, internship, license, CV (signed), birth/marriage certificates, police clearance, good-standing — with apostilles/embassy certified photocopies as required.

Step 3 — Translation & Courier to Germany

Certified translations (via MSÜ or embassy-listed translators). Fill the authority forms (ProfeS, BAMF, authorizations, motivation letter) and courier the full pack to MSÜ Koblenz.

Step 4 — ZSBA • ProfeS • Landesamt

MSÜ registers you with ZSBA and ProfeS; the application is lodged at the Landesamt. You receive the confirmation and then the Zwischenbescheid for visa

Step 5 — Visa Application

Book the employment/recognition-process visa category, complete VIDEX, open a blocked account (e.g., Fintiba), and receive course/accommodation confirmations from MSÜ as needed.

Step 6 — Arrival & Onboarding

Airport pickup (if you booked MSÜ housing), welcome meeting, town-hall registration, residence extension, bank setup, Koblenz tour — then classes begin.
